Shipping FAQ's
1. Please do not request status on a package less then 10 business days from your order date unless you selected express/overnight. 20 days for media mail.
2. Please make sure your email contains at least the following information: Name and Website Order #. If you simply email us with "Please let me know where my package is...Signed, Mr. Smith", we really can't help you out because we don't know what you purchased, what your order # is, what the name the order might be under, etc...
3. Please don't curse or be impolite in your first email to us. We're human too and honey gets you more then vinegar.
4. Don't assume simply because you do not have your package that:
(a) ...We did not ship. Chances are we did and your package is simply taking the scenic route across America before it gets to you (that's another way of saying the Post Office has it somewhere).
(b) ...We are "ripping you off". Believe it or not, we get the rare email from a buyer who believes we are stealing his $12 because 4 days have passed and she/he does not have their package. We have a delivery guaranty policy so no one will ever lose their money on a non-delivery.
5. Generally, we need 1-3 business days to reply to your status email so that we can research it. We check with accounting to make sure you paid, we check with shipping to make sure the logs confirm package shipped out, we check the return bins to make sure your package was not returned, and we contact the Post Office to attempt to locate it. Sometimes we can figure this out in under an hour, sometimes it takes a day or 2. As a side note to this, please remember if you email us Friday night for status, be prepared to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a reply. The shipping dept. is closed during non-business hours.
