FAQ's

 

These FAQs are provided as a customer courtesy.  They do not replace or augment Terms and Conditions.

 

1. What region are the DVDs?

        All DVDs are sold as "All Region", sometimes referred to as Region 0.  They may also be Region 1, which is North America (Canada, USA).  We do not sale any other Region encoded DVD unless explicitly acknowledged next to the item for sale.

 

2.  Do your DVDs come with artwork?

        As a general answer, Yes.  These are provided as a free courtesy, as well as a DVD casing(s).  Artwork inserts and DVD artwork changes from time to time, so a posted image may be different then what appears on the DVD or insert, when you receive it.  Also, some released DVDs may have insert artwork but no DVD artwork, or vice-versa.

 

3.  Will you sell my data or otherwise violate my privacy and/or security?

        Absolutely NOT.  We have a Policy specifically against that. Click the work Policy to see the actual Policy in detail.

 

4. What forms of Payment do you take?

        We take:  Major Credit Cards (MC, V, D, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

 

5.  My DVD player is ancient and has given me problems in the past. Will it work with these DVDs?

6.  I sent you an email and never got a reply, why?

        Chances are it was deleted by our security software as a malicious threat or virus. Or, you emailed the wrong department. Or you sent it on a Friday, and all our staff is gone for the weekend until Monday, so you should wait until Tuesday at the latest before following up.

 

Shipping Inquiries

 

7.  I didn't get notice of my package shipping. What do I do?

        An automated email with the tracking details was sent to you.  If you did not receive it, check your junk/spam folders. Please check with the carrier via your tracking # before contacting Company, because all we do is the same thing - contact the carrier to inquire.  We generally recommend that a Customer wait 20 days before emailing our shipping dept at shipping@ultramanstuff.com.

 

8.  I selected MEDIA MAIL as my method of shipment.  How come I don't have my package yet?

    As indicated during check-out, and at this site, MEDIA MAIL takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.  That is why it is the cheapest method of shipment.  If you want it quicker, go with First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.

 

9. How do I guarantee I will receive my items?

    We have a DELIVERY GUARANTEE POLICY !

 

10.  How come when I go to USPS.com, it only shows that they received electronic notification and not actual receipt of my package; did you guys ship it or not?

        This is a quark unique to the US Postal Service.  They received your package the same day the tracking # was issued.  However, USPS does not update their website to reflect that. In fact, USPS typically will only update their website once the package has arrived at the local Postal Station, or actually been delivered.  If you want up to the second tracking each and every day while your package is in transit, please choose FedEx or UPS as the shipping method during your Shopping Cart checkout.
