During check out, you will see a NOTES/COMMENTS section.  In there, please write the casing size you want. Example:

Single - holds 1 DVD
Double - holds 2 DVDs
Triple - holds 3 DVDs
Quad - holds 4 DVDs
5 DVD casing
6 DVD Casing
8 DVD Casing
10 DVD Casing
