Privacy/Security Statement

We created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm policy on privacy and security. We are committed to providing our customers a secure shopping experience and maintaining their privacy.

Please note that all transactions are recorded with your IP address/date/time. This is because if you plan on using a fraudulent credit card, we will prosecute.

Privacy Statement

We WILL NOT sell, give, or trade your personal information with any other party. If any information is kept about your transaction, it is safely and securely stored on our offline database servers. On occasion when we are sold out of a title, to allow faster delivery, we have it sent directly from one of our suppliers. In this case we obviously give the supplier a mailing address; but absolutely no further information (e.g., no email address). We firmly believe that your private information should remain as such, and we stand by that.

Security Policy

Before entering your credit card information you will notice that your browser will switch to secure mode (from "http://" to "https:// -- that "s" makes all the difference). This may be shown by a key or lock symbol on your browser's status bar.

This tells you that you have successfully begun to encrypt (scramble) information transferred from you to us via the internet. This technology is known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is known to be a very safe method for encrypting data over the internet. For maximum security all our credit card transactions are processed using no less then 128 bit encryption (High).  Most banks and large corporations use this level of encryption to conduct transactions online.

Peace of mind:

Many people believe that online transactions are riskier than "real-world" transactions. The fact is, online transactions are probably far safer than those conducted in the "real-world." 128-bit internet encryption credit card processing makes it a virtual impossibility for someone to crack the transaction information while it is in transit. Compare this to the "real-world" where you routinely leave your credit card information at hundreds of businesses. One dishonest employee can steal your card information and start spending. In fact, almost all online credit card fraud results from someone stealing your card information in the "real-world", and using it to make purchases online.

If you notice any suspicious use of your credit card, simply notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Visa, Mastercard & American Express typically cover any losses suffered by their customers.
